14th Annual Oceanside Jazz Festival Choir Registration Form (March 26-28, 2020)

We strongly recommend using microphones to achieve the best balance between vocalists and rhythm section.

Thursday evening activities include:
an open rehearsal with Frequency and our guest artist, an opportunity for each choir to sing one song in the Concert Hall
and receive a short bonus adjudication, and a student jam session hosted by the Frequency Rhythm Session.

Each ensemble will be given a warm up time, a 20 minute performance time slot (3 tunes maximum), and a separate 30 minute critique.
We schedule according to the date of group fee payment. We will make every attempt to schedule your group on the day requested but cannot guarantee exact placement time until about 3 weeks before the festival.

House Combo Fees = $50 per player. If not using our players, please enter 0.
Your deposit is the Choir Only Fee for each choir
You may pay the whole fee up front or just a deposit. If minimum fees are not received by January 17th, your group will go to the back of the waiting list.
Your Concert Package Deposit includes the reg fee plus your first 15 tickets for each choir.

After February 17, concert ticket orders can only be placed directly through the MiraCosta Box Office (miracosta.edu/buytix) and are subject to availability.
